Authorised fundraiser status
The Optical Foundation has been officially added to the Charities and Not-for-profits Commission registry as a charity authorised to fundraise by the (Dutch) tax authorities since February 15, 2011. These charities and Not-for-profits organisations on the registry are termed “Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling” (ANBI) [translation: General Necessity Benefit Institution], so your donations are tax-deductible.
