Esther Nutifafa Senanu will be a familiar face for many of The Optical Foundation’s followers, as she was awarded The Optical Foundation Frans Oosterhof travel grant in 2019. She has since continued to be an avid TOF supporter with guest appearances at TOF’s online summits held during the global pandemic. Now we are now thrilled to announce that Nutifafa has joined TOF as our newest board member.

Nutifafa is an inspiring Ghanaian trained optometrist, currently pursuing her PhD at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, School of Optometry.

In joining TOF’s board she is currently co-project leader for The Optical Foundation Community on MOMO board which focuses on providing an interactive platform for individuals around the globe in the field of optometry and vision science (i.e.: TOF’s latest projects which we will be unveiling soon).
